I used Innovative Home Improvements to replace all of my exterior siding, multiple windows and doors. I did receive cheaper estimates from competitors. I even opted to use another contractor to replace my roofing and gutters to save a few dollars. Well, all I can say is if I had a redo I would have given all my business to Innovative Home Improvements. They are responsive, helpful, the work is beautiful. I have no doubt that if I have any issues in the future, they will stand by their work. If you are on the fence, choose this company. The money I saved taking my roofing and gutter business elsewhere was absolutely not compatible to the stress it caused. Dan made this process as painless as possible and we are thankful we followed our gut and utilized them for 95% of our exterior work - only regret being, we didn't use them for the other 5%. Lesson learned. Highly recommend.

I recently replaced 20 windows and 2 sliding patio doors and was very glad I had Innovative Home Improvement do the work. I'm a stickler for quality work, doing what you say you will do, doing it on time and having a friendly/honest personality. IHI delivered on all four. Paul was my first contact who completed the estimate, explained much of what needed to be done (and why) and gave me a price before he left. He also responded quickly to follow up questions as my knowledge increased. After doing weeks of investigation, research and multiple estimates, IHI offered the best value for the price. This was a large job with challenges from brick veneer, aluminum siding and interior issues with my house. The install team lead by Eddie and supported by Danny and Troy made it happen and in two and a half days all was finished and finished very well. With all that was done the guys were thorough, exact and very clean, delivering excellent workmanship and the quality I was looking for. It was as if they were doing the work on their own home. We just had completed roof and siding, and we are thrilled about the extraordinary quality of the workmanship. He gave me a very competitive quote on four replacement windows, taking the time to answer all my questions. Paul's lead installer, Eddie, and his team were great. They arrived on time to install my windows and were efficient and professional. My new windows look terrific and I can already feel a big improvement from my old, drafty windows.
