Working with Paul and his team was great, Paul showed us the product, explained everything, and what every step would be, his team came in measured, ordered and installed the windows, they look great, have already had 2 people ask for the co. name and number. The 2 team members showed up on time and replaced 5 windows in around 3 hours, cleaned up and where gone. I highly recommend this company.

Paul from the Innovative Home Improvements is very professional and easy to work with. I needed to replace all my windows and got 6 estimates. I finally chose Paul to replace my windows. Unlike some other sales persons that I met, Paul was very patient to answer all my questions and did not try to push me to make the decision right away. It took 2 days to complete the work and they cleaned up afterward. The indoor temperature raises 10 degrees in very cold weather after windows were replaced. I'm very pleased with the quality of work and service they provided, and definitely recommend them.

Paul from Innovative Home Improvements came out to do a window estimate for our townhouse, and when we learned he also did siding, we asked for an additional quote. He gave us the best quote for siding (quality and value) out of three companies, but when we went with another company that gave a lower bid for windows, he honored his company's siding quote despite not getting our window business. Paul was easy to communicate with, always responsive, and we are happy with the work and finished product. In all, we had complete siding, trim, gutters, and fascia replaced by them. Great job!

We met with three window companies when planning to get new windows. We must say that we learned a lot about windows during this process. I found that Innovative Home Improvements gave us the best value for what we wanted. The installation took one day and Mr. Harrison came at the end of the job to inspect the work. We were very pleased with the work and the professionalism of Mr. Harrison.

Paul is very professional and nice . He kept me informed throughout the entire project. He answered and returned calls ASAP. His installer Eddie did an amazing job. My house looks brand new. Several neighbors have commented on how nice my house looks. The men cleaned up and were very neat. I wish all companies operated as efficiently as Innovative Home Improvements.
