We chose IHI based on Home Advisor reviews and are very happy that we did! From the beginning we felt comfortable with Paul. He never pushed us to upgrade anything and explained everything along the way so that I understood all options and trade-offs. Mr. Jong and his team did a great job and paid close attention to details. For example, they found a subtle defect in some of the siding material that I might not have seen, and they had the manufacturer replace it. It meant a lot to us that we knew exactly who would be working on our project. During the course of the siding work Mr. Jong showed us clear evidence that we needed a new roof as well. We were pleased to have IHI do the roof and are very happy with that job as well.

Innovative Home Improvements is a a great company to work with. Dan make the process of picking the siding easy and he was available to answer any questions I had along the way. Paul, was also very helpful and friendly. Mr. Jung is the best installer around! My home looks like new! I would recommend IHI to anyone who needs siding work for their home.

We recently purchased new siding and new windows from Innovative Home Improvements. What a wonderful experience. The windows were installed by Eddie and his crew and are absolutely beautiful, and the siding is exquisite and truly a masterpiece. Dan Mitchell, the General Manager, stepped us through the whole process sensitive to our concerns and never pressuring us in any way. He was very polite and professional and we knew he had our best interests at heart. The windows went in in one day and we love them. The siding was put on by two people: Mr. Jung and Alex. I cannot say enough about these two individuals. Professional, polite, hard working and exceptionally gifted. We are so happy. Mr. Jung is one of a kind- exceptionally skilled at putting on siding. and a man with a wonderful personality. We will heartily recommend this company to anyone who wants: siding, windows and doors.
