This is my second review for IHI this year. I had previously hired them for an installation of multiple windows and a door for my basement. They had done such a good job, I got a quote for them to replace my roof, facia, soffit and gutters. The roof replacement consisted of replacing two sheets of wood, removing the fan vent and replacing it with a peak vent as well as all flashing. The roof team came in and was able to replace the roof in one day. They did a good job at cleanup and left one package of replacement shingles in the event I have a problem in the future. Like all of Pauls teams, they were amazing and the roof looks beautiful. The second team installed a vented soffit and aluminum wrapped facia to make it last a long time. Unfortunately, all of soffit and facia was rotten/brittle and needed to be replaced. Paul did a great job of communication to let me know and show me the wood around the house. Based upon this data, I was able to state that they should replace all of the wood around the house. This part of the job took just under 1 week. The gutters were the final part and Paul had recommended 6 inch gutters. I am so happy with how all of the upgrades worked out and how amazing they are together. I highly recommend using IHI for any of their services!

I reached out to Paul to get a quote for new basement windows/door for my house. His company's estimate was stress free and used a local window manufacturer with an amazing reputation. Paul explained the different types of windows, the insulation and noise blocking qualities of each and provided guidance when I needed it. Once my selection of the windows was completed, I was provided an installation timeframe and signed the contract. The contract was clear and simple and I appreciated the explanations provided in it. When the windows arrived, Paul scheduled a day for the installers to come and replace the windows. They were careful to make sure it was on a day when it was not raining to keep the rain out of the house. As with all window and door installations, the installation quality matters as much as the windows. Pauls team of installers is a team he has been using for many years and they are absolutely excellent at what they do. The insulation and caulking as well as the functionality of the windows is perfect and I cannot recommend anyone more than Paul and his team at Innovative Home Improvements.
