items removed from basement included circuit breakers, new, which I told the about, but they bstill removed. covered up door to plumbing , etc., for washer and dryer and I was told that they were to cover everything .

My sister & I hired them to install power braces to our summer home. They showed up with not one but 3 trainees. The installed some of the brackets wrong at first putting holes int o my floor joists. One brace was crooked and they did not bring enough equipment to finish the job. (They knew how many braces they needed beforehand). I had to take more tie off work for them to complete it. You would think they would have fixed the crooked on while there but they did not. When I called to tell them about it the first person cut me off and said she would send someone to finish the job. If she would have listened she would have realized it was done, just poorly. I got a call about my appointment and explained the situation, only to be told I understand, but no offer to give any money back or anything. Still waiting to hear from management as I was told they would forward my email to them and also use this for training purposes. I will NEVER use this company again!

The ITG employees performing the work arrived on time and completed the work beyond my expectations respecting my property and acting with total professionalism. Chas who was our inspector is a great representative of the company keeping us informed and making sure we were pleased with the work. The work was just completed last Wednesday so we look forward to seeing how well this work solved our moisture problem in the crawl space.
