I have 2 sump pump systems installed in my basement by I am the Guy/Bakers Waterproofing. In 5 years I have had 5 sump pumps replaced because they broke down due to poor installation. When I have breakdowns and my basement floods this company does not come out to rectify the problem. They do not back up their work. I have to get my plumber to make the repairs. Do not use this company.

They explained the work to be done, gave free quote, and service techs showed up on time. Techs were friendly and respectful. I gave 4 stars for Quality because I had to call them back one week later for a minor repair. Currently waiting to hear from the repairman today.
