Put in system to take out any water that came in through walls. They did a great job. It stormed a day or so later and nothing came in from walls. They where pleasant and courteous. As with every thing we do here there is always a glitch when you go to do something. They did what had to be done and it worked out very good.

The representative was extremely knowledgeable regarding various water proofing methods. He did not try to sell me any specific one, just explained how each worked. He was very professional, pleasant and courteous. The men installed the waterproofing system in my basement today. They were very professional and explained what they were going to do. They also showed me what they had done when they were finished. They installed the system around the foundation of my home which included a drainage system under my garage door. I have had water in my basement for years which caused it to be damp and moldy. I am very confident that this waterproofing system will work. This is the best company I have ever worked with. The experience was good from start to finish.

foundation found to be OK. excessive mold and wood rot was found. treated mold, replaced rotted wood, installed 4 jacks, encapsulated crawlspace. good experience from first contact to last..probably the BEST company i've ever dealt with.
