Brought in ITG to look at cracked concrete slab under a porch and the gentleman who came was knowledgeable and honest. He described how the crack happened and instead of talking us into having it repaired, he explained why repairing it may not be the best option. He had OUR interests in mind rather than just grabbing money! Honesty, what a refreshing experience that was! I'll call these guys any time I have concrete work to do.

They found water main from street to be leaking when starting their job. Stopped their work until plumber was able to fix problem and have state inspect (2 work days). Returned and finished project with no additional cost to me.

TOLD ME THE HOUSE WAS HELD UP UPON FOOTINGS, NOT THE CEMENT FLOOR, HE GAVE ME REASSURANCE. GOOD EXPLANATION. FIRM HANDSHAKE. SEEMED TO BE IN THE KNOW.

MY BASEMENT IS WORSE THAN BEFORE WE HAD THIS WORK DONE!!!!!! BEFORE MY WALLS WOULD GET WET A LITTLE WHEN IT RAINED AND THEN WOULD DRY OUR. NOW WE HAVE WET WALLS ALL THE TIME AND I HAVE A WHITE POWDER ON MY FLOOR THAT LOOKS LIKE SNOW. I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES AND PLAN TO CONTACT THE CONTRACTOR TONIGHT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRO AND WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THEIR POOR WORK. I ALSO NOTICED THAT THEY ADVERTISE THEY ARE MEMBERS OF THE BBB, BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOCATE THEM ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU'S WEBSITE.

ITG offers a lifetime warranty on almost all of the work that we do. We do thousands of jobs a year and we address any service issues in a timely manor, but we cannot fix a problem that we are not aware of. The customer never made us aware of any issues with the work that we did for them. So, it is impossible to fix their problem if they do not let us know they are having. And, we are an accredited member of the BBB. www.bbb.org Just search ITG, and all of our information will come up.
