The work they did was third-rate. After leaving our house in a hurry; we had no water, they bent our garage doors, tore up our yard, dumped cement on our property (without permission) and also the workers used our property as their personal bathroom. Charged $5000; outrageous!

The estimator forgot to include the primary item I wanted addressed. This resulted in an additional charge I did not anticipate. Workers were better than the estimator.

Unfortunately there was a miscommunication between our inspector and the customer. This resulted in a portion of the project not being included on the original proposal and project cost. ITG did our best to rectify the situation by doing the additional work at the time of the installation for a minimal cost.

Job was completed in the time frame given. Had a few questions post system and am working with someone to get them resolved now via text message and photos. Salesman didn't call out that burried drainage would be an additional cost, so coming home to a pipe coming out into my front lawn was disappointing but working with customer service to resolve the issue.

ITG went to customer's home, buried the discharge line, and took care of all other concerns at no additional charge to the customer.
