This company sends in a sales rep who gives a good talk and all kinds of promises of complete satisfaction of their work. Their work crew made a concrete mess on my driveway and paver patio, cut through my landscaping tearing out my plants, put the sump pump drain pipe above ground instead of below ground, did NOT install the electric to the pump and finally took my five spray hose nozzle. After calling the crew manager the company only fixed the drain pipe and gave me a single spray hose nozzle. They did NOT hook up the electric. I had to get a my own electrician to install the outlet. The company offered NO additional discount or refund on their poor workmanship. SHAME ON YOU I.T.G !! Would not recommend this company.

Electrical outlets were not part of the contract that was signed by the customer, nor was burying his sump pump line. ITG never installs electrical outlets because we are not electricians. The hose nozzle that was accidentally taken was replaced with an expensive nozzle, as we didn't know the exact nozzle to be replaced. The customer's discharge line was buried on the following day, at not cost, with a lawnscape dry well added complimentary. The bushes that were disturbed from walking past them were not torn out, but simply lifted up out of the mulch as they were juvenile and did not have sufficient root structure. The concrete mess discussed was not wet fresh concrete, rather concrete dust from the removal of the concrete in the crawl space. It may have been overseen during the initial installation, but would have absolutely been addressed by our service staff during out next day service. We strive to make everything up to our customer's satisfaction before we leave the job site, and missed the opportunity during the initial installation.
