The crew that installed the sump, foundation drain and wall anchors plus interior paneling were first rate and hard working. The foreman was exceptional and I would recommend this crew to anyone. Our basement is dry and it looks great. Also, I had one or two items that needed adjusted and there service department was great to work with.

The salesperson and the workmen were very thorough, knowledgeable and neat. We had two foundation cracks repaired and a sump pump put in, However shortly after the work was done we had a very heavy rain and the repaired cracks leaked around the seams. Fortuntley the sump pump worked well and we had no water accumlating in our basement.. So we are having them come back and fix the leaking cracks as they will stand behind their warranty.

They sent one guy to do a 6500$ job he was 2+ hrs late and did not know about half the work to be performed. Barely even prepped the area to apply the carbon fiber strips (which were different from what they had sold me on). He was going to apply them on a slightly roughed up painted surface, and I had to have the guy grind down to the block and show me the work before continuing. For the price I paid I would have expected more professionalism and a neater job with installation. The areas now needs to be prepped and mudded over to look somewhat smooth. Overall a 4 of 10 and as for warranty ?
