I only had the basement sprayed and a dehumidifier hooked up but he did a nice job. He was very knowledgeable if he see something that should be address he will tell you and explain to prevent future problems.

I'm the Guy installed insulation in our attic which before was sorely lacking and not efficiently doing its job. That was in 2019. We had a very mild winter so it was hard to tell if the "new" insulation was "working". However, when we started having 90+ daytime temps recently, we usually would notice our actual room temp rising to 74 or 75 degrees all the while the thermostat set on 71 in past years - not this summer !!! The thermostat is set on 71 and the inside room temps STAY at 71. The insulation work I'm The Guy performed may not have been evident in the beginning but now after giving it some time has proven to be well worth getting it done. Thank you I'm The Guy - I would recommend your business to anyone who asks. Very professional group.

The crew was efficient and answered all our questions. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 rating in customer service is because the sales rep didn't communicate clearly enough with the work crew about no large equipment on our drain field.
