The office was kind enough to honor a coupon while work was being done which was extremely helpful. The workmen that arrived were very nice and thorough.

Quality of the work was great and the crew was professional. I feel the home owner should be given more information and tips to prep the home against the amount of dust and dirty created. It was tremendous and we could have covered furniture if we had known. I also don't feel the crew was given time/equipment to clean up. No shop vac not even a broom. They used ours. Clean up was not good. After the work was completed, the company has now been unresponsive. I have questions that I addressed in the survey they sent but have not been contacted by anyone.

Work was able to be started almost immediately! The job looks very professional and they did a good job of cleaning up. I did not like that they pressured me into making a decision on the same day they gave me a quote. It was either say yes today or pay 10% more for the project in the future.

The person that inspected the foundation crack said it would disappear during the repair process. It didn't. The workers doing the job did a good job and said everything went well. We're happy with the job done.
