William phoned me almost immediately after I submitted my project here. He was very polite and professional and provided me an estimate after I sent him some photos of the 3 areas of floor tile that needed repair. We agreed on the cost and scheduled a date for the completion of the work. William called me when he was 20 minutes away, and arrived on time and ready to work. To that end, he was focused and on task and although it became a bit of a larger repair once he got started, he wasn't discouraged and did a great job. The end result is grout repair that blends in perfectly with the rest of it. I would highly recommend this company/gentleman and will surely hire him again should I need tile work done. His estimate may seem slightly more than others, but his work is well worth it!

My situation was rarher critical as the tile was buckled at the hall entrance. William responded quickly and scheduled me within 2 days. Couldn't be more pleased.

It would be difficult to overpraise William. I had just a small grout repair request, but William contacted me right away and showed up the following business day. He thoroughly cleaned the area of all the old grout and was very careful about choosing the correct matching grout color. William does a meticulous job and is delightful to work with.

Good communicator and pleasant to work with. Had a vertical shift in the foundation which required chiseling & grinding and he did his best to keep the site dust free. He did a good job cleaning up afterwards and the tile looked great when he left. I did notice a small issue the next day and when I called him on it he returned promptly and remedied the issue without hesitation. Super Service!

I hired William based on the great reviews that I had read. The other reviewers were spot on! William was there on time and was very good at explaining exactly what was happening and what needed to be done to remedy the situation. He was very professional and was obviously very experienced. It was very important to him that the job was done right and that I was satisfied with his work. His craftsmanship was excellent in my opinion. He also fixed some other minor things at no additional cost. I would and will recommend William to other people with flooring issues.
