William is professional, courteous and above all I was very satisfied with the excellent work. Was also excellent value for the money.

William has tons of experience and is extremely proficient in tile repairs. Did a fabulous job replacing tile in a doorway that was very intricate work. And he explained why it cracked in the first place, and what he would do to alleviate the problem. He also took on the excruciating job of removing all the grout at baseboards (which had incorrectly been grouted, and ended up breaking up over the years) and replaced with caulking, the proper material to use against wood and walls. Very meticulous -- cleaned up everything. Not cheap, but worth it to have the job done correctly.

Date of service: January 2016. William did an outstanding assessment of the issues with my shower. He provided me a quote, and gave me options for when he could come out to do the work. My shower is no longer leaking(tile entry area was leaning outside door causing excess water to leak on floor). William is a seasoned, true professional and I will be using him for future tile/grout projects. Very satisfied.
