He was nice and thorough. He inspected the job before giving a quote and performed the work as expected.

Needed some grout repair work and some flagstone repair. Had never dealt with discount tile but Whilliam Gabriel came in and went above and beyond in his professionalism on the project. It was Avery pleasant experience all the way through. Of course only as good as person coming in to do the job but Whilliam was excellent.

He was very quick to respond, followed through. He came over the same evening we requested the service. Started the work the next day. He completed work in a timely manner and accommodated our schedule.

Cares about a job well done.

He was timely but didn't do everything I wanted to get done. Just make sure to be clear on what you need.

On time and here when he said he would be and provided good advice when asked. Very experienced. He had our floor looking great in short order.

The estimate seemed a little high, but I am glad we went forward with William. His work was top notch and he always kept us informed of what was going on with our project.

Didn't complete all the work and broke some things.
