Submitted request for tile work Saturday night. Sunday Morning William contacted me and we met later that day. My request included fixing missing grout in multiple areas and replacing broken/cracked tile. William provides details on how he will fix it and estimate on how much it will cost. He matched the color of grout and purchased all materials. Day before work reminded he will be next day and what time. He was punctual and quality of work was excellent. I was extremely happy with fixes. Tiles that were slightly “hollow” got fixed, broken tile was replaced and group looks brand new. I will definitely hire him again. 5 star for me!
