This contractor, William, went beyond perfect in every way. I had five different projects in my bathrooms involving grout and caulk; some of them required fixing the work of other contractors who had not done the projects correctly. He called the night before the appointment to confirm and he arrived on time. There was no wondering if he would even show up...like I have had with other contractors. William addressed each project with such expertise and know how that I felt relief right away. He explained exactly what was needed to fix the problems and did extra work on each one of them to perfection. One of the corrections he made enhanced my natural stone in such a way that it became better than I could have imagined....and it was not by applying a stone enhancer. He is like a tile artist! I would recommend his TALENTS with stone or tile to any one in need and in search of perfection. I did not have to clean up after he was finished. No mess to go over at all. IT WAS A 100 % DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE WITH A TILE PROFESSIONAL. Compared to other Tile contractors, his pricing was very reasonable. I intend to use him again for future needs and would recommend him without any reservations at all.

Excellent experience. Arrived on time. Had everything necessary to do the job. Took the time to tell me about the materials and how they would work on our floor. William also showed me how to maintain our tile floor. Great job. I will call Discount Tile again if the need arises.

William is very conscientious and precise about his work. He does an excellent job and cleans up well after himself. He's had many years of experience, and it shows. The grout that he repaired looks so good. I would definitely hire him again.

William arrived exactly on time. He repaired and replaced tile in our master closet. This repair work required some exact measuring and cutting which was done perfectly. The tile was placed very nicely and the grout work was excellent After the job was complete William cleaned his work area thoroughly. I would highly recommend William for any tile work you need done.

William did a professional job of repairing 18 broken tiles. He also repair the concrete slab under the tile that was the cause for the tiles to break in the first place.
