William is a fine gentleman and a true craftsman. He was prompt. There was absolutely no dust in the house after grinding. The tile replacement is now unnoticeable

William saved the day for me more than once by doing jobs others did not want to touch. Everything he did for me was perfect, looks great and solved several problems I was having. William never leaves you hanging, always returns calls and shows up when he says he will. He's also a lot of fun to talk to! I was having a sink replaced and the new sink did not reach tile around the sink. I now had no kitchen sink. William cut and bull nosed new pieces of granite tile so the new sink would fit and you could not tell any work was done. He replaced laminate thresholds between rooms with metal ones to make it easier for mobility equipment to roll over them. This was not easy work because it was done over the concrete slab but William installed 30 feet of threshold in numerous doorways and it is perfect. NO ONE would touch this job, but William did it. I also had a corner of the granite counter top that was sinking and William figured out a way to brace it up. If you need tile work, this is the only guy to call.

Was fast , polite , did a fantastic job ! Would use again ! He replaced a cracked tile in our living room re grouted a section that was cracked and missing . Again, he was great !

The results of my grout project exceeded my expectations 10 fold ! William from Discount tile not only made contact with me moments after I submitted the request - He offered to come the following morning . Since I decided to sell my home in late July , I had a few projects that needed to be finish before I listed my home. I usually do my own work except paint so I hired a friend who was a retired paint contractor. Unfortunately, I became ill and was hospitalized for 3 weeks. I left him the money for the job and provided him with the house key if he needed to come back for finish work . Upon my return , my once clean house was cluttered with used paint rollers that had dried paint stuck to them , paint lids were off the paint cans which were half full but hardened . In certain areas like the cabinets . Tile , unpainted walls and baseboards were smudged , had droplets of paint , and in some cases had bled through the tape . and where he pulled the tape off - so did the paint from some non painted walls. Physically not able to paint myself , I decided to find someone on Angis list to complete all of the home repairs I couldn’t do and I submitted request for paint , flooring installation and grout repair . No one but William from Discount Tile LLC returned my request . When he showed up he was courteous enough to ask me if I wanted him to take his shoes off. I thought to myself, that this guy not only drove out of his normal work area , he was respectful to boot ! During the walk through I showed him the areas that either were missing grout or had grout that was so dirty and stained I couldn’t find a solution to get it back to the original color after trying numerous cleaners . I also let him know that the color of the grout made by polyblend was discontinued- so I thought the only remedy was a complete re-grout of a similar color . Although most people would have accepted a job this big .. William educated me on grout cleaning by and took out his grout scraper , and lightly ran it along two grout joints , and after a couple of strokes - the grout was back to its original state. He showed me an alternative method using his wire brush and a heavy duty acid based cleaner . He broke out his wire brush and cleaner and explained the process as he did in the first method before he began cleaning the joints. After he was done , He brought out his grout color reference book from other grout manufacturers and after scraping a non soiled sample of grout from one of my closets - and after comparing many samples , a match was made. He quoted me a price for the work , but it was way out of my budget . He then asked what areas I the most concerned with, and I said the grout along the baseboards were my main concern. He came up with a price for the soiled grout under all of the baseboards and some areas that had either no grout at all , or was cracked and separated, and I accepted . I have never worked with , hired , or met anyone who carried so much knowledge about all aspects of home improvement . Besides showing me tips and tools that allowed me to do most of the grout cleaning myself effortlessly, he also pointed out how I could save money by doing the paint repair with a couple of tips about tape and masking in preparation and removal , as well as getting rid of the many paint stains without having to repaint the entire area. If you are in need of a dependable, honest grout guy , William is the professional you should hire ! Thanks William !!!!
