William arrived on time. He got right to work. He maintained an exceptionally clean work area. He explained everything. I have already used him again and would call him back for any other tile repairs we may need.

William did a professional repair work in my bathroom. His customer service was fantastic, contacted me promptly. Scheduled for the next day and arrived on time. He explained everything and I definitely learned about the care of the tile. He was efficient and cleaned the work area when he was done. Fantastic workmanship. Would recommend him to others.

He was very honest and told me that most of the grout in the ceramic tile around my tub/shower was in good shape. He repaired those few areas that required attention. His honesty saved me a lot of money. He was very polite and courteous and I won't hesitate to have him back again if the need arises.

I had found another tile repair co. that was less money at 100.to replace tile but they couldn't do the work until july. He provided same day service and seemingly did an excellent job. I had to clean up afterwards so I think he should of spent more time cleaning up. He put some product underneath 2 tiles and did it for free which I very much appreciated. I checked az roc and found out he is currently licensed, bonded and insured.

William did a fantastic job bringing my shower back to life - it looks new again! He also fixed a few loose floor tiles and the surrounding cracked grout and he matched the 15 year old grout perfectly. His work is perfect, he left everything clean and did a good job explaining what he was doing. I will definitely use him again!

He did a good job working with the old existing tile I had. Since I didn't has the money to replace the whole project he made it possible for me to still use the existing entrance way.
