William did a phenomenal job. He was very polite, professional, informative, and respectful. We needed help with the grout in our entire house and we were quoted for 2-3 days of work. William wanted to get as much done as possible and was done in 1 1/2 days! The job wasn't rushed either. The quality speaks for itself and the floors look brand new. If you need grout repair, replacement, or new work done, William is the person to go to. You will not be disappointed or taken advantage of. He even gave my wife and I tips for the future around the house just so we knew! Great work ethic, great product, great man.

The owner came out within a couple of hours and replaced a broken floor tile. He did an excellent job. He charged a little more than I expected but considering how quickly he came out and the high quality of the work, the price was reasonable.
