William was very friendly and very professional. He made sure that any dust was directed outside and cleaned the area immediately after. He took the time to select my replacement tile and picked it up for me. He even made the time to fix another issue I was having when he was finished. The workmanship was great, but the nature of the job required a higher price tag than I expected. However, he did advise me of the cost before he did the work. I will use him again,

I contacted two other people to do work for me. One had done work for me before. He was too busy to schedule time to come out. The other was recommended. We said we would schedule work to be done a week and a half out, and I would pick out tile, and let him know whether to do the whole floor or just repair a section. Without calling me back to check with me, he just scheduled another job, saying that he assumed I wasn't going with him. William at Discount Tile, came out within half an hour of calling me. We scheduled a time for the following weekend. He showed up on time did the work and charged close to the original quote, since there was another part he had to buy. Great job, William!
