William called me right away to set up appoint to evaluate job. I had two shower tiles that had to be replaced and also a floor grout line that was cracked with missing grout pieces along with a cracked and loose tile. He explained what needed to be done and pricing. He worked around my schedules and worked until the job was complete and work areas clean. Excellent work! I will definitely use William again when needed.

William called me right away. He came out the same day and arrived at the time he said he would be here. He gave me a very fair price to replace the loose tiles and explained exactly what he would do and why. He is a true professional and a very nice man. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

The project was top notch. Not only did he show up on time and do a great job, we found out we had a lot in common and became good friends.

Tile repair work was excellent

We had five or six floor tiles that popped up due to differential settlement of the floor slab in the hallway. William called and came out to look at the same day and gave us an estimate. On the scheduled work day, he came on time, finished the repair job on the same day in a workmanlike and professional manner.

William called me shortly after made the request on line. It was late Saturday afternoon and he said he could come out and look at the job - he did. He pointed out some of the reasons for the problem and ways to correct them. We agreed on a time, he was willing to work around my schedule, for the job. He called the evening before and came on time the next day. When he finished, he cleaned up. He rectified the problem, finished the repair, cleaned up and saved me a lot of work and frustration because he knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend him, and use him again if the need arises. DENNIS

Did not like the way he charges. Gave one price but charged much more. No break down on price or materials, does good work.
