The technician examined my units, explained the problems he encountered, and prioritized my systems' needs, both immediate and long-term. No pressure to accept all of his recommendations. He was knowledgeable and the cost, though high as is everything these days, was more reasonable than other companies.

I called them at 8:30 am and they had someone out at my house in less than an hour. The young man was very thorough he checked about 5 times before he even left to make sure my unit was running properly. Their prices were reasonable. Also he was very friendly and he explained everything he was doing and checking. It was so nice to have someone that listened to me and was able to fix the issue especially after dealing with another business. I won't use anyone else. So if you want someone knowledgeable and trustworthy go with Crabtree!

Very impressed with technician amd service. He was going to be 15 minutes late gave me a call to let me know. I felt he definately new his business. Very thorough and efficiant. He just serviced my air but caught a few things that needed change. He is coming back to take care of the matter promptly.
