I called Bobby after I had another vendor provide a ludicrous quote on a couple weak capacitors. Bobby came with his two very knowledgeable teenage boys and assessed my units and changed the two capacitors. Bobby also checked out my contacters and showed me how they are all degraded on my four units. I purchased new contacters and also paid for an annual maintenance plan. All in all, it was cheaper than the other quote, though I was hoping for a volume discount, since we have four AC units and four heating units. Still, I'd highly recommend Crabtree Services.

Mr. Crabree runs his company like all companies should be run - he is honest, prompt, willing to go the extra mile and does good work. He spent a lot of extra time explaining the work he was doing and why it needed to be done. The thing I liked the most about Crabtree Services was the way Mr. Crabtree took pride in his work and in his sons. It was clear that he loved them and was proud of them. I am always happy to do business with a family run business like that. If there were more stars for the ratings, i'd give them more.

Bobby was on time and very professional. Didn't make fun of me when he discovered that a tripped breaker was the reason my HVAC wasn't working. Agree to apply service call fee to new maintenance contract. Has already called to schedule maintenance visit. Very impressed.

Bobby was up front and honest about all of our needs. He has a quick response time and will help you every step of the way for all services. He brings in very helpful and courteous workers that stick with the job until it is finished. Bobby and his workers are very knowledgeable and hard working. Bobby followed up on all of the services provided to make sure everything was complete and working to our satisfaction. He scheduled the work around our schedule so there would be no conflicts. He made the needed repairs less stressful by his knowledge and scheduling of the repairs.
