Can't really speak to work quality as this is our first time for them servicing. Also, we don't really have a clue as to what should be done during maintenance or if done properly. Time will answer that question. But I am trusting in the recommendations of Home Advisors and the BBB. They look excellently legit.

They arrived a bit later than predicted, but they were very accommodating with squeezing us in at the last minute to start with. They were thoughtful about troubleshooting our AC issue, explained what they were doing at each step, and stayed to make sure their repair worked.

Very knowledgeable and thorough. Have had difficulty programming the temperature I wanted and so we are changing both thermostats over to ones that will allow manual adjustments as well as programming. I appreciate that he listened to my concerns and offered solutions that made sense.
