They did not show up when they said they would. Did not call. It happened twice. When they did come the communication and what they did was totally unacceptable. They guy sat in his truck most of the time and had two in experienced kids do the work for him. When they finished he still didn't get out of his truck to talk to me about the diagnosis. I tried to call him and he hung up on me. Very rude, very unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend him or the company. All he wanted to do is sell a maintenance contract before he even did any work or look at the system.

Very friendly crew that worked on our system. Bobby was running late and was courteous enough to call and let me know. He made a couple of suggestions for improving our system, but no high-pressure up sell.

This was my first experience with mold remediation and Bobby Crabtree was very helpful in guiding me through the process. I was impressed by the knowledge and experience of the work crews. The quality of the completed work was outstanding and I look forward to a continuing relationship with Bobby as we maintain the equipment and condition of the crawlspace.
