Bobby and his sons were professional, and took the time to explain in detail what was broken, the options for correction and next steps. I very much appreciate Bobby's experience and ability to communicate how a/c and heating work to a layman.

I was very impressed with the service. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star rating was that they were not on time. They said they would arrive between 12 and 1, then called at 1:15 to say they were on the way. They arrived at 2:15. Once they arrived, service was excellent and I will use them again.

When they arrived it was 41 degrees in the house. By the time they were finished the temperature had risen 10 degrees. They not only repaired the furnace problem, I was given a laymans explanation about the fault that I could understand. They respected my home and empowered me with some knowledge as well. I will be recommending Crabtree to my neighbors.
