Bobby and his boys did a great job. He is prompt, polite, knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what they were doing. They cleaned up nicely afterward. If you want great service from a friendly down to earth guy, call Bobby!

Bobby and his sons did a marvelous job, even though the weather was working against them, he would always call in advance if he was delayed or cancellation because of weather. When he's on the job, you can see that he knows what he doing, I would recommend him to all friends and neighbors.

Over zealous & overpriced. 2 tier pricing based on service contract. Finished repairs with another service company.

THIS REVIEW WAS GIVEN SIX MONTHS AFTER SERVICE AND WE DO HAVE TWO TIERS IN OUR PRICE BOOK AS WELL AS ANY OTHER HVAC COMPANY THAT DOES FLATE RATE GUIDE. AS A MAINTENANCE MEMBER THEY WOULD SAVE 15% OFF PARTS AND LABOR ON ANY REPAIR.

Their check-up service is good. But you may want to do some research (read check Amazon) if they recommend new parts for your system(s). For us, they recommended replacing various parts for a (member) price of almost $1000. These same parts are sold from Amazon for only $220. I was fortunate to find this out when they were still there and had not installed the parts. Although Bobby explained the difference as for labor, I would have felt cheated if paying almost $800 for labor.

THIS CUSTOMER IS LEAVING ALOT OUT LETS TELL IT ALL. THE PART WOULD COST 69.00 ON AMAZON AND CUSTOMER STATED HE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO REPLACE AND TRIED TO TELL HIM THAT PART ON AMAZON HAS NO WARRANTY. WE OFFERED THE SAME PART AND LABOR FOR 131.69 WITH FIVE YEAR PART WARRANTY AND THREE YEARS LABOR. THERE WHERE TWO OF THESE PARTS AS WELL AS REWIRING UNIT CORRECTLY. BOTH UNITS HAD TWO START ASSIST KITS AS WELL AS THE DEPLETED CAPACITORS. SYSTEM ONLY SUPPOSED TO HAVE 1 START ASSIST KIT. BOTH KITS WHERE BAD ON BOTH SYSTEMS, ALSO INCLUDED TWO SYSTEM MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR A GRAND TOTAL 860.00 DOLLARS CALL AROUND AND ASK AND SEE THAT WE ARE IN REASON.

The guys are friendly,fast and professional.Came out the same day and evaluated the system and returned the following day with all the necessary parts to get the system up and running.I was impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the work.
