Replaced old HVAC system with new ADP. The new system works great and I love the fact that it's Made in America! Carlos did a great job in installation. He was very considerate and showed concern that I should have heat during the cold upcoming weekend before he left, it was done on Friday. Bobby Crabtree told me I will get a Rheem for my quoted price but the unit installed was not a Rheem. Be careful knowing exactly what you are signing for in the contract. Read and ask questions. The only reason I'm still satisfied is because Advanced Distributor Product is all American and Rheem is built in Mexico.

This was an air duct cleaning...I thought they did a good job until 1 of my airducts that was cleaned somehow found a hole in it and it wasn't there before they came and another had the inside lining cut. They showed it to me, but I asked them about actually putting the hole there and no one fessed up. This is an expensive process to have to repair things that weren't there before and now they are. I am a bit upset, since I did call back and ask the owner a couple of times about it; and even had an HVAC guy come out and look at the punctured hole in the air duct and he confirmed that a hole was punched in this air duct. It is unsightly and causes the inhabitants to pay more for bills as well as me to have to pay to get it repaired when they won't repair it. I am not pleased at all on this situation.

These guys spent two hours loading freon only to find out the reversing valve is bad. They left without pressuring to buy a new system and to give us time to decide what to do. On top of that they said we didn't fix anything and there is no charge! Not even a service charge! Can't ask for anything more. On top of that they played with my dog while sharing for the system to reset. Very professional.

Bobby and his sons were prompt and arrived at the designated time. They were courteous,professional and quite pleasant. My problem was identified quickly and solved. My wife and I are very appreciative of the attention given to detail, showed me the defective parts and was able to replace them. They left my unit in better condition than they found it and cleaned up so well I couldn't even find a small piece of wire or covering left behind. Although this was an unexpected expense Bobby and his sons made this a pleasurable experience . Thank you!!!
