We put out a bid to have our AC units serviced and was contacted by Bobbi Crabtree and so happy that we did. Bobbi was courteous and walked us through the entire process, feeding us with information as we went along. I'm actually sorry I that I'm just now finding these guys. After years of fighting with other companies, my AC is now finally blowing nice cold air, unbelievable. Courteous with everything he did, and his sons are great as well. We ended up, going with the full maintenance package after the service that we received, you can't go wrong with these guys. Communication and professionalism are top notch here.

If you are looking for a Heating/AC man that is extremely knowledgeable, 100% honest, very meticulous, a good clean decent man to work on your system that won't try and sell you something you don't need or try and rip you off then Bobby Crabtree is your man. I have searched for a HVAC man like Mr. Crabtree for so many years and now I've finally found him. He came all the way to my house in Durham from Kitrell NC. Diagnosed my problem within minutes, told me what it would cost to fix my AC and didn't try and sell me a whole new system like so many other HVAC company's would. I would highly recommend this man to anyone needing repair work done to their heating or AC systems.

Had emergency repair as my A/C unit was frozen. It was extremely hot outside. Called and they were there in just a few hours. Problem solved quickly. They were all very professional, courteous and explained everything that was being done. I would highly recommend this company. Very satisfied with them and I took out a one year service contract because of the quality and high standards they do business.

Crabtree Service was prompt, knowledgeable, considerate of my time, and focused on providing excellent customer service. I was introduced to their service plan option but was not pressured to sign up. A good amount of time was spent explaining the issue, repair options and pricing. It was a good experience from the first phone call through the final repair. I will definitely use them again.

Great service. They made sure not to just fix the problem, but identify possible issues before they became an issue. Only contractor to contact me after putting my request on Home Advisor. They came out on Saturday and got the unit working.
