Top rate service! Our usual A/C company found a leak in the distributor pipe into the coil of our unit. They added Freon (but not even a full charge) and said that was a short term fix and that the ONLY long term fix was to replace the coil at $2,500. Bobby was able to add a leak sealant to our system and fully charge our system to be most efficient - it is working like a charm now! Very professional, courteous and truly customer oriented. What a refreshing change!

He came quickly and very professional. He fixed my problems right away. However, he overcharges for parts. For instance, he charged us for $213 for a turbo 200 capacitor which costs $75 on Amazon. He also charged us $124 for a 2-pole contractor which is $10 on Amazon. His labor charge seems reasonable. $99. Total time he spent to fix my problem was about 30 minutes.

This customer miss quoted in correction left out this was after hours Saturday at 9:00 pm and the prices was after hours and was part and labor included not $99.00 and was pre-approved before work was done. Customer called her husband Jason for approval and ending price was cheaper because they asked if paid cash could they get a discount we don't normally but did. Not to mention they received 3 years labor on all repairs which is two more years than occupation standards. Tried to call Jason to see what we could do to help explain never got chance asked to hold a minute then hung up tried several times to call back got forward. Bobby Crabtree

Mr Bobby is honest, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and he will explain to you in detail what the problem is. He will also tell you if he is able to fix the problem or not. Fast response time. Good communication. Fair prices. Apparently they don't do installation of new a/c & furnace, so they had another company come out & do that for me. I didn't know it would be a different company at the time, but they were good too, so no problem.
