Hired Bobby to do a mold testing for $300 he was polite in the beginning. However the follow up was not good at all, I had to track Bobby down to get the results. This was not a good experience I should not have to track someone down to get the results of a test. Very unreliable.

We got home from work and our heat was out. Within minutes of submitting my request on HomeAdvisor.com for after hours need, they called. They said they would be there in @ 2 hours and arrived within time frame and did great work for a fantastic price! We are going to use them for some other work we need to have done as well!

After a long day and delay in traffic, Bob still came to our house to evaluate the issue with our heat and gave us a thorough explanation and a written cost to repair. Came back the very next day on Friday to make sure we had heat for the weekend and followed up on sat to make sure everything was good and we were satisfied :)

Bob was great. He came out right away on a Saturday night and was so helpful. Turns out our problem was minor and had the furnace running in no time. It's wonderful to find someone with great customer service that doesn't try to take advantage.

on time, neat, used an independent lab for mold tests, sampled several different areas. after the mold remediation I had him seal the crawl space and add a dehumidifier and he did a great job.

Bobby responded quickly to my request. He repaired my unit and took the time to explain what was wrong with it. The cost of repair was also very reasonable. I was so impressed that I purchased a service agreement with him. I definitely recommend him!

Details were provided during the repair explaining what was defective and the type of replacement parts used and the warranty on them. We took advantage of signing a service contract which also allowed us to receive a discount on the parts. Mr. Crabtree stayed a while after the AC repair ensuring all was working OK. Superior Customer Service - On time, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable workers. I highly recommend this company. We are now a steady customer; someone who I feel I can depend on to do the right thing if my wife needs to make the service call in my absence.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
