Mr. Crabtree came out to check our AC system same day and figured out the problem. When we decided to go ahead a few days later...he was short-staffed but found someone he works with to pinch-hit for him and we were impressed by both gentleman's customer service and work. Would highly recommend!

Bobby and his crew were awesome. They stayed late until the check/repair was done, and explained everything my systems needed in a way I could understand. The customer service was great - he called me right away, kept me updated on his arrival, and explained all the charges. Even his sons were courteous and businesslike. I was a little concerned at the total cost, but Bobby reassured me that the investment would likely extend my system's life and postpone costly replacement. I'd highly recommend Crabtree!

Bobby was a real honest guy and didn't just milk me for as much money as he could get, even though he could have. My leak is fixed and I would recommend him to everyone. I had an a/c professional look at my problem before Crabtree came out and he totally misdiagnosed my problem. I would have wasted hundreds of dollars on a problem that didn't even exist. With this in mind I wanted to wait a couple of days before I rated this pro because I was not really sure if the problem was fixed, but it is! Now Crabtree has a customer for life!
