Our very old gas fireplace was in need of cleaning and reworking of the on/off switch. Chimney Sweeps of America was able to get it clean and working well. They explained what they did, and what improved the safety of the fireplace. They also gave us an idea of the work that would eventually be needed to update/modernize the entire fireplace. Friendly and cost effective!

Easy set up. Their schedule is pretty full about a month out but they stayed in contact throughout the waiting period. Mark performed the service. He was very professional and actually took the time to show me different functions on my gas fireplace and easy cleaning tips for future personal maintenance on the fireplace. Price was exactly what was quoted over the phone with no up charge.

Great experience! Mark is extremely professional, arrived early, took the time to walk me through what he was going to do beforehand, and explained the entire process. Where repairs were needed, he talked to me first about them and gave me options. He then followed up with a detailed email, including pictures of our fireplaces, the work that was done, and any future recommendations. I truly wish every contractor we hired were even half as professional, dedicated, and personable as Mark is. I would also add that the professionalism we encountered began with the office staff when we first called to set up our appointments. Trisha was very friendly, asked detailed questions to ascertain the amount of time that was going to be required for our time slot, followed up with both reminder phone calls and emails. We are extremely happy with all the work Mark did and best of all...we are now enjoying our fireplaces! We HIGHLY recommend Chimney Sweeps of America!!

Mark is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to determine my gas fireplace problem quickly and order replacement parts on the spot with his iPad. He did a great cleaning and had me back up and running in no time. I will absolutely use Chimney Sweeps of America again and highly recommend them.
