The entire process was great. Each person we worked with throughout the process was fantastic. It was smooth and we were kept informed from the first phone call until the installation. We love the ease and convenience of the gas fireplace and it looks wonderful. Mark was terrific to work with on installation day. He went through everything so we understood the remote control. He also answered any questions we had after the installation.

We hired Chimneysweeps of America to clean and inspect our fireplace. (We've used them in past years and they've always done a great job.) They found some items that would now need expensive repair if we decided to keep burning wood in the fireplace, and they mentioned that a gas insert might be more cost-effective. We asked them to submit a proposal and they did: it was clear, complete, and understandable. They arranged for all necessary tasks: routing a new gas line, electrical, and installation of the insert. We worked with their design team to come up with an insert that honors the spirit of our huge, impressive fireplace while providing an efficient, easy-to-use gas insert. The new fireplace looks great, and the insert is wonderful: it has so many super features that we use a lot. Throughout the whole process, Chimneysweeps of America was low-pressure, clear, timely, polite and extremely professional. Their representative, Mark Roberts, was outstanding. We might have been able to save some money by parceling out tasks ourselves, but the peace of mind of having one, extremely reliable contractor responsible for the entire project is well worth it. We're very glad we decided to go with Chimneysweeps of America and their recommended solution.

I randomly selected a chimney sweep service and was very pleased with my selection. Trisha was very nice and professional in confirming the type of service that I needed and although it was originally scheduled in the future, contacted me when there was a cancellation and the technician was in my area. Nate arrived when he said he would, he was professional, clean and respectful of the space and did not rush through the process. He did a great job and even showed me how to light and turn off the insert. I would highly recommend this company.

Mark inspected, cleaned and adjusted two fireplace units in the home I manage. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and took steps to insure safe and efficient operation of the units. I especially appreciate how he used technology in a resourceful way to authenticate everything he did. Problems were uncovered that were not anticipated and compromised the safety of my clients. Great customer service and expertise - highly recommend this company.

Mark from Chimney Sweeps of America installed a new fireplace in my house. They did an absolutely fantastic job and would highly recommend them! I had a few fireplace companies bid on my project. Other companies did not take the time to my specific needs and were not confident in how the new fireplace should be installed. Chimney Sweeps of America took the time to really understand my needs. They worked with me to find the best fire place to fit my current opening and I could tell they totally understood the installation process. When it came time to install the fireplace, the installation went very smoothly. The quality of the work was top notch. Working with Mark and the team was great.
