Did a great job, helped with options and alternatives to make the project a success. Did the work on time and within the costs proposed, even though there were a few surprises. Looks good and works well. Explained operation and controls well. Kept me informed on progress. Rough dry wall work was pretty rough, I would probably not have them do the dry wall replacement next time in favor of someone who could finish that entire aspect of this work.

CSA were very professional from the get-go. They were on time for the estimate and sent photos of the work to be done. They understood clearly the scope of the project and only quoted me that which I needed. They were respectful of my time and my home. Trisha was especially helpful with her e-mail explanations of my every question.
