This group was very timely, professional and through in responding to me AND doing the inspection of our 2 fireplaces. Recommendations were promptly given along with prices as possible. Inspection and Cleaning of Wood Burning Fireplace On time. Respectful, Clean. Explained entire process and ok'ed prior to completing cleaning of Fireplace. Cleaned prior to leaving. Would highly recommend.

Have had our gas fireplace for 23 years and hardly used it. So much carbon build up it was horrible and afraid to use it. I only wanted it cleaned and gas turned off. When Mark come out, he said his goal was to make it look so good, Iâ d want to keep the gas on. He couldnâ t have been more right. After just one hour, our fireplace looked like new and I left the gas on! Great staff! Would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommend!

I was selling my home and needed some chimney and fireplace repairs done. These folks were very knowledgable and professional. They explained the issues and the options and provided before and after photos to show the work they completed. Their communication and customer service were excellent. Chimney work is not inexpensive but their quotes were competitive.

We are very happy with the gas fireplace installation into the original fireplace of our 94-year-old home. The work done by various people -- explanations of what will happen, with photographs of options; the installation of gas and electrical requirements; the installations of the fireplace itself; and the explanations of what it all means -- was performed quickly and well. Two months later we are very pleased with the work of Chimney Sweeps of America.
