Technician was quick and professional. Feel was somewhat over priced. Quoted me a flat fee first for diagnostics, which I was fine with. Second day was also a flat fee to pull out the unit and tighten some loose connections, which I felt was inflated given it took about a half hour and wasn't very complex. The second day fee did include a cost in case they had to come out again and install a part, which was not necessay. If they had to replace a part, that would have been additional charge for part only not labor.

I needed 4 rows of bricks removed from my fireplace in order to fit my large flat screen tv over the fireplace. The workers arrived on time and did a great job. They cleaned up afterward. They were very professional. I would recommend them again.

Jon humanely removed raccoon mom & 4 babies before inspecting chimney and installing chimney cap. Cleaning was not required.
