The technicians that came to the property for the free estimate and then the work were all extremely nice, professional, knowledgeable and thorough and completed the work accordingly. My only complaint is with the admin person that communicates on the phone and via email. She was hard to communicate with as she was unable to explain the terms and process (I believe due to a lack of understanding of the industry herself) and became short at times. Eventually everything was figured out and she was quick to respond to all communications.

Mark was early and got right to work troubleshooting the problem! He was polite, and complete determining the problem areas. he summarized the findings and discussed a corse of action that would be followed to repair completely. GOOD job!!

Kade arrived earlier than I expected and did an examination of our fireplace insert and said we need a filter, new concrete on top, would not suggest cleaning as it is not safe to use. Not what we expected and can't afford the $5,000 price tag but he is very knowledgable and may or may not have given us the appropriate information. So, not too satisfied and will have another company come out for inspection.

Mark was right on time and did a great job in just 30 minutes. There was a loose valve and tightened everything perfectly. I hooked up my canister vacuum and he cleaned up 17 years worth of dust and cleaned the glass cover with special cleaner. It looks like a brand new fireplace!!!!!

Mad Hatter had totally lied and left my home in danger! Luckily, I will be having Chimney Sweeps of America fix this problem. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They know exactly what will need to be done so that I can rest knowing my renter is safe in this home!
