Everything about the process was perfect. Mark explained the options, process and expectations in detail. A very polite and professional team demo'ed our old woodburning fireplace and installed an entire new gas fireplace on time with zero mess. We highly recommend Chimney Sweeps of America. Jon did a great job installing our pellet stove. He was right on time and took all the time he needed to get it done right. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again. Their office staff is also exceptional.

We hired Chimney Sweeps of America twice now and we will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone in need of their services. My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge, quality of work, honesty, and their down to earth nature. I don't know that you could find someone as knowledgeable and qualified as they are. We now own a beautiful, gas converted fireplace, that has kept us warm and toasty this winter without any worry about safety or workmanship thanks to Chimney Sweeps of America. They also installed a chimney liner and cap as part of a new roofing project following a hailstorm last summer. For both projects, Chimney Sweeps of America was responsive, timely, friendly, easy to work with, answered all our questions, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them without hesitation. You couldn't find a better company to work with.

Yellow Jackets were making a nest in the fireplace vent. Chimney Sweeps of America came out on time and was able to clean the vent to remove the nests.

They did a great job of repairing one of our gas fireplaces, and installing 2 new chimney caps for us. They were prompt, polite and very informative about the work they were doing. We'll be calling on them again for future fireplace related work.

I was extremely pleased with the service and competence of Pat (our sweep). I knew we needed the service (put off far too long) and Chimney Sweeps of America scheduled our cleaning within 48 hours of my call. I have a background in construction and roofing and was impressed with Pat taking the time to check and double check his work to assure all was clean and ready for the winter. As fate would have it we had our first snow storm three days after the service... We have used our fireplace extensively over the winter with no problems. I will definitely have Chimney Sweeps of America doing the cleaning and inspection over the summer to assure optimal usage this coming winter.

A few years ago I replaced my non-HE furnace with a HE, 94% efficient furnace. Since these are condensing units and they don't use the existing flues, what I didn't know was that now the diameter of the flue for the Water Heater was too large. It was a safety risk for carbon monoxide backdrafting into the house. I did an internet search and found Chimney Sweeps of America and was happy to find out they could install a flue insert to bring everything back up to code and eliminate the safety risk. They showed up when scheduled to a quote, which was totally in line for the job, and again for the actual installation. I can highly recommend them.
