Great job. Some disconnect between sales and install and I was about the cancel the job but the install team went above and beyond to accommodate the disconnect and do a thorough job!! I had more different work for them but they never followed up

DO NOT USE THEM. I had a terrible experience with Blue Flame on my recent AC repair. Not only didn't the technician figure out the problem but he also broke the lockcap. The other technician I called in later couldn't do anything. I called blue flame but the technician claimed it was already broken, which is not true as the AC is coming with the new house and no one has ever touched it. Blue flame refused to do anything regarding this which is very disappointing.

Blue Flame was a pleasure to work with. Tyler was very friendly for his initial estimate visit. Rob and Mark did the installation and did a great job. The installation of the heat pump outside looks professional and so far has worked great!

I was talked into their maintenance club contract. After signing they came out once a year and gave my two systems a very cursory inspection. They miss diagnosed problems refused to check the AC pressures in the ac units. They kept trying to tell me that I needed new furnaces and ac units. Other techs said they were fine. Very poor service and would not let me out of the service contract early. I had a very poor experience with them and would not use them or recommend them!

Showed up on time, extremely professional. He explained everything for tuning up an electric furnace every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
