    Blue Flame by far is the best customer service experience I have ever had. They are slightly more expensive than some other quotes that I received for similar work, however their quality of work, follow up, and customer service is worth every penny!! Don't be fooled by cheaper products, buy quality and make sure you get a company that stands behind their product and services.

    Excellent service, friendly, prompt. I went into Home Advisor and within minutes had a phone call back. They sent a guy out the same day. My heating system was old and my air conditioner had gone out. I was aware that I would need a new system before they came which was as expected. They sent a crew out the next morning to install a new heat pump. They called to let me know when their people were on their way and they arrived on time. They completed the project in that day leaving everything tidy and cleaned up. I highly recommend this company!

    Blue Flame was recommended to me from my neighbor as he hired them to do his house and was very pleased. I contacted them and had a wonderful advisor named Brian who took a lot of time to show us what he would recommend to us for we would be very satisfied. I had base board heat in my home and wanted to but a complete central air and heating system in my home. Brian told us it would be done in 2 days but it took 3 days as my home attic is very hard to access. The crew that come out were very polite and respectful of my home and were all very well spoken and able to answer any questions I had during the install. Brian the service advisor came by during the install to check on the progress and see if we had any questions or concerns. This was a very expensive upgrade to our home but I am very pleased with the new system and all the work from start to finish. Recardo, the main installer man who was here all 3 days was exceptional explaining to us any concerns we had and showed us how to operate the new system. I am going to rate them 4.5 stars only because it took an extra day to finish the install. I am totally 100% happy with the company and the work they performed and recommend them to any one who needs this type of work done.

    Outstanding service!!! Jack was fabulous to work with providing a thorough analysis of what furnace would work best in my home. The team was able to come to my home the next day and installed a hot water tank AND furnace all in the same day. We are very please with the quality of work performed and great customer service from their office. Two thumbs up!!
