Service was prompt and everyone I spoke with (scheduling, office, trchnician) was friendly and made me comfortable. I checked the website before scheduling and asked about a special I saw there when they called me to schedule, so I received a $140 service for $90.

Firstly, Adam was prompt and professional, a big plus for me. He gave options on repairing very old furnace or buy new one, without pressure. He was also waited patiently while I called my brother for advise on which furnace to buy! The install went quickly and Tommy and Casey were also professional and prompt as well as friendly. Highly recommend.

Blue Flame was very prompt in their response. Chase was our first contact who came to our home. He was extremely polite and explained everything to me clearly and was very well organized. Chase also recommended products to us, but remained in the focus of what we wanted, excellent job. The installer, Nick, arrived on time and was also very polite and organized. Nick worked very hard on completing the job and left our home as he found it. I would high recommend Blue Flame to anyone who needs their services, a great team!

Great Customer service. We had Jack come out in hopes of fixing our furnace. We were hoping to get through the winter with our old dinosaur....... But that was not the case. The pilot light had a weak valve and burners we rusting out. He was extremely helpful with give us options on a new furnace. He took the time to educate us and come up with the best option for us and our family. Thank you Jack and Merry Christmas to us on a new furnace.
