My inquiry was answered the same day. Chris did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and made recommendations as to what needed to be done. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend Blue Flame any time.

Furnace blower motor went out just before Christmas. Everyone I called couldn't come out to fix. Went to Home Advisors. Got a call from Blue Flame as they had a cancellation. They came out diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Couldn't fix until they got the parts. Took seven days to get back and repair, including time to get parts. Did a very thorough job. Seemed to be a bit pricey, but it's been a while since I've had to get this kind of work done. Given the urgency of the situation, I had no time to get multiple estimates so I could be wrong.

Responded within the hour as we were not getting heat. Brandon was informative, offered several alternatives, helped us decide the best course of action, not high pressure, very courteous. Outstanding experience!
