Blue Flame called right away and Adam came out the same day to repair our furnace. We ended up having to replace it and Adam offered us several options to work within our budget. They returned the next day to install. Very prompt service.

Once I submitted my request for Blue Flame, a representative called me. It was almost immediate. She was so friendly and efficient. Chris, the technician was very knowledgable and courteous. He came on time and explained what we needed clearly. They also offer a maintainence program that was priced very well and now I will have them out twice a year, every year!
