I recently had Trevor C. come out to perform a routine maintenance on my furnace and what an awesome experience. He was very professional, explained exactly what he would be doing, how long it would take him and provided insight as to when I should replace my filters and how long parts typically last. He was a super efficient, knowledgeable, professional and so kind to offer time to walk me through the furnace process and thermostat and to share his recommended practices. I highly commend Trevor on representing your company with such passion and pride and this was shown in the way you performed the task at hand. I would definitely recommend Blue Flame and this is based on my experience with Trevor and of course Toni who kept me posted on the arrival of the technician, who was a pleasure to deal with them booking the appointment. Toni and Trevor, THANK YOU! You are stars!!!
