They came the next day after receiving estimate. Everything was gone except for the wood chips, which they left to fill the hole for safety reasons. Pricing was very reasonable.

We had a GIANT oak tree over 100 years old brought down in our back yard as well as a large tree in the front that was near the road and other houses. The Giant tree could have hit our fence, our house, the neighbor's house, so we picked someone who we felt knew what they were doing. We were right in our decision. They had to work around a septic tank and drain field and squeeze their way through a tight fence opening next to a lot of concrete slab work to fit their crane in and haul the huge logs out. We insisted they had to wait until all was extra dry or extra frozen. They called and touched base with us regarding the weather several times a week for months until last week when the ground was finally frozen enough that we felt comfortable that they would not destroy our lawn. When we gave our permission, they came out immediately and went out of their way to make sure our lawn was not hurt by the huge crane and heavy trucks that were necessary to bring the dead tree down. They were fast, efficient, friendly and considerate. We have already asked them to do additional work at my parents/ property. They have the correct equipment, know-how and competent employees. Their price was also among the best we were quoted in our area in which a lot of contractors try to charge an extra premium just for location. We are very very happy. Oh....we picked them because we drove by a job they were doing on Providence Road in which they brought down a GIANT oak tree even bigger than ours in a small yard with no damage to anything...we were so impressed then, and still impressed now that we've seen ours come down.

This company was prompt, knowledgable, and did exactly what the estimate specified. The final results were wonderful. I would hire again.

I waited all day for them. Other then that it was good.

Actual workers were great from the initial estimate and recommendations for planting new trees. The office responses left a lot to be desired. I am still waiting for a call back to have more work done.

don`t pay into the job is completely done once paid hard to get them to finish the job
