Dan the person that came to my house to give the estimate promised me he will be available when the workers came to do the job. He kept his word which grew my confidence and appreciated Dan keeping his word. They clean up after and I am very please with my yard. Thank you very much.

Workers were polite and professional. They arrived on schedule and took great care not to damage the nearby fence when removing the tree. All debris was taken away and the stump was ground satisfactorily. The price was competitive with the other three estimates I received.

I liked all my dealings with Arborcare. They did a bid when I was at work (at my request), came back and went over it with me, and knew a lot about trees and tree care. They came when promised and did a lot of work, even taking some of my neighbor's downed branches away. The salesman knew a lot about trees. My trees look healthier, my lawn will get some sun and I'm not afraid of branches falling on my house anymore. Very good experience.

Their customer service sucks! Every contact I had with this company is because I contacted them. NOT once did I ever get a call back. They were supposed to be at my house at 9 am. I called almost an hour later, and they told me I was 2nd, whatever that means. They would call me back to tell me when to expect them. Never got the call. They showed up 4 hrs late. And told me the group which does the stump grinding will be coming today. Never happened. Called again, office closed. I specifically stayed home today to get this job done and it is not done. And they won't be paid until it is done...when I'm home. Can I give them less than .5 for customer service? I would give them a higher rating for value for the money, if they had just finished the job...as promised. This will be on my social media accounts. Very unhappy with this company.

Did a great job getting the tree taken down right next to my townhouse. Ground the stump out very quickly.
