when they cut down my tree they had to leave the wood because their truck was full. They came back a week later ,after three phone calls. They cleaned the yard after they were done and the price was fair. I would highly recommend them.

Our estimator, Wayne, was great. He gave a great price. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they were very nice. I had a problem with the office. First, everyone in the office was very nice. However, they need to find a different way to run the office. There is only one person (Amy), able to do the schedule. It took me 2 phone calls to schedule the appointment. Then, after being 2 hours late on the day of the appointment(and after my husband called to see if they were coming, and was told yes), they called to cancel. I was told I had to call back in the morning to make another appointment. I called back the next morning, but Amy was not there. 5 hours later, after not hearing from Amy, I called Wayne and expressed my frustration. 5 minutes later I got a call and an appointment for a week later. So, if you are prepared for an office that may not be efficient but are pleasant, this would work.

Arbor care did a superior job trimming our trees and removing two trees. . Their work was completed on time, the price was good, and the customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend Arbor Care and will definitely use them again. I am very pleased with the job!

On the day of my appointment, crew arrived on time and quickly went into action to get these 3 large trees down. Needless to say the rains came, they took a lunch break and returned . All day we had light showers with sporadic downpours, but the crew was worried about my turf, which I told them I was not concerned with the lawn if they could finish. The lawn turned to mud and the crew stroked through the mess cleaning up as they went along. I felt bad for them, as this mud really slowed them down, but as troopers they continued on. I figured since they struggled through the mud that the stumps would be ground at a latter date, but 2 of the crew stayed and finished the task at hand. I highly recommend this company for their crews diligence and professionalism through a not so normal day.

Awesome! The came on time, evaluated the job, gave me a. quote, scheduled the date, trimmed the tree. They were excellent. My tree looks great! And the cleaned up the yard!

They were efficient, cleaned up after removal and arrived as promised. Overall they were the best tree removal company we have ever dealt with!
